[conda] conda install 오류
conda를 이용해서 패키지를 설치할 때, 아래와 같은 오류가 발생했다. prompt에서 알아서 재시도하면서 진행될 때도 있다고 하지만 나는 안됐다. "failed with initial frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve."
